On the negative side this is definitely a project. The front deck and steps need your urgent attention, there are holes in the walls and ceiling which need repair, the floor needs polishing and/or new coverings, the window furnishings are a mixture of non existent or needing replacement, the dcor needs a modern touch, you need lots of cleaning materials, some appliances may not work, the garden is overgrown.are you getting the picture about the challenge here?
