The vineyard currently 2.5 acres (1.2 hectares) of premium quality Pinot Noir vines (10 years old) which yield between 3.5 and 4 tonnes of grapes per year, converting to between 350 400 dozen bottles (4,200 4,800 bottles) of premium wine currently selling for approximately $30 per bottle.
