Two large outdoor entertaining areas are also provided on either side of the residence. One is fully enclosed with a concrete base leading to the rear of the residence. The second undercover area lies adjacent to the garage and is better described a man shed with provisions for all your entertaining requirements.
Close to 100,000 litres of water storage is provided in four tanks. The main 40,000 litre concrete rainwater tank is collected from the roof of the residence and pressure pumped on demand. A second 30,000 litre concrete rainwater tank is collected from the roof of the large hayshed. The third and fourth rainwater tanks of 22,500 litres and 5,000 litres are collected from the roof of the machinery shed.
Additional improvements include: three car garage with remote doors, large machinery shed with workshop, 2 x haysheds, 2 x steel cattle yards in good working order and old two-stand shearing shed.
