James Halliday has given the 2016 Cannibal Creek Reserve Pinot Noir 95/100 and good praise.
Jeremy Oliver has also highly rated their wines saying ... one of the few Australian... that can rival the best from Marlborough Cannibal Creek Reserve Sauvignon Blanc 2017 95/100.
The winery is fully equipped to process 40 tonne and modern quality equipment which includes Air bag press, Crusher & Destemmer , Elevator, Sorting table and Transfer pump and Must pump and tank storage for about 30,000 litres, many barrels and app 60000 bottles of wine stock at any given time
There is a Packing shed with Coolroom, a Workshop, Machinery shed and stockyards.
The vineyard comes with all vineyard equipment and tractors. It has panoramic views of Mt Cannibal and is set on granite soils unique to the area and regarded as one of the best ingredients creating the wines. There are approximately 7000 vines of various Pinot Noir, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon , Sauvignon Blanc and Chardonnay varieties. A 6.5 megalitre dam provides ample irrigation water through a drip system, other dams, Cannibal Creek , water tanks and mains water.
Set on 29 Hectares (69 acres) there is plenty of room for growth, for the entrepreneur.
