This holiday home is located in the popular surf spot Surf Beach. Short stroll to the surf beach, lovely for swimming, surfing and relaxing on the sand. Open plan kitching, dining and living area opening up to a large entertaining deck. Three bedrooms (2 queen and single) offering accommodation for up to five guests. Tariffs: Peak $850 per week GP $1250 LINEN Linen and towels are not provided. Guests need to supply top and bottom sheets, pillowcases, towels, bathmats and tea towels or linen can be hired from us. Queen beds $40.00 and Single beds $25.00. Linen is supplied for Moto GP event only. THE PROPERTY As per the Health Dept regulations, the number of occupants of a property must not exceed the maximum allowed. The agent will cancel the booking immediately if overloading occurs and extra charges may apply. BOOKING Upon booking a property and Getaway receiving payment you are agreeing to our Booking Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before booking. A guest registration form is required to be completed for all bookings. The registration form requests details of your name, address, driver's license number as well as credit card details. If credit card details cannot be supplied a $500.00 cash or cheque bond is payable. A higher bond is required on a selection of our holiday rental portfolio.
