Choose from the queen size bed in the master bedroom, in addition to two double beds, and two single beds. Also a fold out double bed in the lounge and each bedroom has ample storage with either walk in or built in wardrobes.

The dining table can comfortably seat up to twelve people for entertaining.

Other advantages include both family and lounge area (with sliding doors), gas BBQ, two bathrooms, a dishwasher, ducted heating and evaporative cooling for year round comfort as well as almost every appliance that you can think of.

A courtesy phone is provided with free local and interstate calls available, but please note that no mobile or international calls are available on this service.

There is a fold down clothes line in the back yard, as well as a drying stand in the laundry.

In addition to the full digital free to air services with each TV, the family room has a Smart TV connected directly to the internet so you can use your own streaming account to continue watching your favourite shows while on holiday.

Each room has a data point available to connect your personal devices direct to the internet, and each television in the family room, lounge room and master bedroom has both HDMI and USB connections (please note that guests need to bring their own cables along).

Guests can play their own DVDs on either the family or lounge TVs.
There is a Playstation3 with over twenty games to choose from, as well as a exercise bike for those who feel guilty about taking up the regions offer of food and wine.

Wine Tour
To make your holiday memorable, if guests stay for one week or more between 1st May and 31st October, for only $100 extra there is a six hour wine tour for up to four people going to the wineries and produce farms of your choice that are located on the Bellarine Peninsula.

Between 1st November and 30th April, this service is also available for $250. The tour must be booked at the same time you are booking the property, and does not include snacks or refreshments unless by prior arrangement.


As the house is new, the back yard is not available at this time due to landscaping works currently in progress. The garage is also not available to guests.

Amenities
Cafes, local shops, an IGA supermarket (including a bottle shop), the town bayside beach and pub are only a ten minute walk down Blanche Street.
The town also has major boat ramp facilities as well as fishing from the local pier and a childrens playground.

A mid size shopping centre at Gateway Plaza (including Bunnings Hardware and Kmart) is located on the Bellarine Highway at Leopold.

Coles, Woolworths and Aldi supermarkets are located in Drysdale, and a United service station with carwash can be found close by in Portarlington.


Activities
With bayside beaches and fishing, there are also seven golf courses within a thirty minute drive and a number of surf beaches stretching from Point Lonsdale to Torquay and beyond.

There are numerous festivals that occur throughout the year on the Bellarine Peninsula, together with local town markets each weekend.

For the children, Adventure Park Geelong is close by as well as various farms and horse riding facilities, mini golf, wildlife parks, vintage train rides and more.

Live music is played on a regular basis at both the St Leonards and Portarlington pubs.


Experiences
There are a large number of wineries, breweries and local produce farms that are open to the general public. The vintage train from Queenscliffe to Drysdale offers a dining experience similar to Melbournes famous tramcar restaurant.
