Superbly located within 5km of Portland's CBD and conveniently situated only 15km from Cape Bridgewater beach and village. Portland, Victoria's earliest settlement is the regional hub for the immediate district and is known for its deep sea port, fishing industry (both commercial and recreational), historical charm and eco-tourism attractions. IMPROVEMENTS:
