VENDOR LOVES:
It was a fantastic place tucked in the hills. Hearing the kookaburras in the morning and the treed outlook is beautiful out the front and looking out the back the ferns are very beautiful as well.
The local community are very friendly.
The beautiful Rhododendrons and Magnolias in the garden are amazing in spring. It's a short walk to the shops for a pie or coffee and the botanic gardens are within walking distance going the back way. We had snow flurries every winter which is magical and the kitchen is very well equipped with good quality appliances.
The high timber ceilings and the timber throughout the house.
The fernery outlook that you can see from the window in the living room.
It's got tile heating (kitchen and bathroom), gas heating and the reverse cycle heating and cooling and the awesome celling with skylights adding additional light in the cooler months. There are some cool sliding doors behind the skirting on the floor in the bathroom and kitchen.
