Situated adjacent to the King Valley, Victoria's premier food and wine destination, the Moyhu Wagyu property aggregation is now to be sold as four individual farms. For nearly three decades these scenic and productive farms have been the traditional home of the renowned Moyhu Wagyu cow herd producing some of Australia finest beef supplying high end customers in both the domestic and export markets. Approximately 650 fullblood Wagyu breeding cows have been continuously grazed over the four properties totalling 847.73ha*(2094.78ac*). Each of the four properties to be sold are located only minutes from Moyhu and 30* minutes south of the major rural centre of Wangaratta. Given the properties proximity to Melbourne, it's views over the snow fields, and being only minutes from the regions award winning tourist attractions the property's potential is not limited only to beef cattle production.

Each one of the four properties is unique in, but similar in the quality of their country, water, and ease of access. Painstakingly developed since settlement the highly improved pastures are nestled in the floor of the valley protected by the surrounding timbered mountains which make up the landscape of Victoria's high country. Pure, cool, water bubbles through the many streams that dissect the sheltered grasslands, and the easy undulation of the topography provides numerous alternate building sites.
