Veitch's of Mandurang - an historic home with a storied past dating back to the mid 1800s when James William Henry Veitch, a young English surgeon, set sail for Australian shores aboard the infamous ship 'Ticonderoga' seeking a better life. James Veitch met his soon-to-be wife Annie Morrison on the voyage and then settled at the property in Mandurang where they started their family. In 1867 the property become a General Store with horse-drawn carriages stopping at the large front windows to collect supplies.
