There is a large, east facing timber deck that opens up to an expansive view of Mallacoota and offers an outdoor entertainment and dining area. There is also a private, paved court yard to the side of the property with timber decking and fire pot (please review current, local fire restrictions that are in force at the time of your stay prior to using the fire pot).
The kitchen is well equipped and there are two separate lounge and dining areas plus a small study nook. There is plenty of room for car and boat parking, with space for two undercover areas.
