All the boundary fences are in good order and most have been replaced in the past 11 years. There is approx. 4.5km of fenced off plantations of native trees and shrubs for stock shade and shelter. The brick veneer home is approx. 15 squares and features 3 bedrooms (2 have BIR's) tiled roof, an open planned lounge, meals and kitchen area, with solid fuel heating in the lounge. The owners have polished the pine boards in many of the rooms which sit well with the gracious 9' ceilings and the 2 level cornice throughout.
The second home contains part of the original double brick farm cottage from the 1800's. Additions to this cottage mean it is now a 3 bedroom dwelling with a quaint sleep out under the verandah. A concrete based 4 sided 6' verandah, outside laundry and wood shed and superb original French windows in part of the home take you back in time. There are Baltic pine tongue and grooved floors, ceilings and walls and a spacious connected kitchen/lounge area. It has been rewired recently with a new hot water system and similar to the brick house enjoys a great set back off the entry point.
