This vineyard is well located in a sought after area featuring just over 28 hectares of planted area inclusive of 13.07 ha of chardonnay on rootstock and 13.19ha of Shiraz predominately on its own roots, .91ha of Imperial mandarins and 2.70 ha of late lane navels. The property has a water use licence of 270 megalitres . Victorian high security water allocation is available by negotiation with the vendor if required. It is serviced by a state of the art drip irrigation pump and filtration and fertigation system sourcing the water from a private irrigation scheme that is very cost effective and efficient.
