Sure, Number 1 Fenwick St may be pretty much perfect, but the current owner urges you to look past its stunning features.

For a start it's a renovators nightmare. With newly finished high spec bathrooms, recently re-polished floorboards, new plumbing, new deck blinds, new gutters, recent re-stumping and new electrics, you could be starved of Bunnings snags for months, if not years. The enormous three level deck may also be a problem, as your house will immediately be marked by your friends and family as being 'perfect for entertaining.'

Let's not beat around the bush, the location is a nightmare. South Frankston with it's quiet, established and friendly community is just plain boring. Also, 1 Fenwick St's extremely close proximity to both Primary, Secondary and Tertiary schools means you'll almost certainly be left out of any school carpooling cliques.
