We are highly motivated owners that have had excellent use out of this wonderful apartment in Alpine View but we are retiring and need to sell.
This 2 bedroom, fully furnished and self-contained unit in Alpine View apartments has been extensively renovated to bring it up to "Superior Deluxe" grade. Rich, maintenance-free timber wall panelling imparts a classic chalet look while eliminating damage issues from luggage and children. Features open-plan living area, large lounge room, separate dining area, one bathroom, separate toilet, drying cupboard, two good sized private bedrooms all with DVD/TVs (no Harry Potter nooks or open mezzanine bedrooms here), awesome Summit views and a private balcony with BBQ.

Both bedrooms are currently set up with queen beds that can be split into singles, and one bedroom can be changed back to two bunk beds, depending on your requirements. Both have views into the snowy landscape at the rear. The foldout lounge allows for the owners to invite extra guests to join them.
Low cost in-floor heating is cosy and safe, while the internal laundry, large fridge, dish-washer, internet and Foxtel give you all the comforts of home.
All furnishings are included in the sale.
Alpine View apartments were our choice simply for location and fantastic genuine ski-in, ski-out access. Many places claim ski-in, ski-out but often this is only possible immediately after a heavy dump or if you have Olympic skiing skills! We have stayed in many other locations in Falls Creek but nothing came close to the uncrowded Eagle and Summit chairlifts that give you quick access to the entire mountain. From learners with a few days lessons behind them to the die-hard double black experts, Alpine View is easily skied to for a coffee or lunch break, or at the end of an exhausting day on the slopes, with no long queues or over-crowded transporters. Skis, boards and boots are securely stored in your private lock-up in the ground floor facility, and Alpine View's large sauna is great for relaxing with family and friends while planning your evening.
There are a number of restaurants and inns a short walk away, and the toboggan runs are adjacent. Kids are well catered for with Pete the Dragon show, playground and safe snow play areas just out front, and prime positioning for the weekly fireworks spectacular.
The free over-snow transporter collects you from just 50m away and whisks you off to the supermarket, bottle shop, express chairlift and restaurants in the busier parts of town. For all the rental gear, passes and advice, Falls Creek Sports shop is just out the front as well.
The apartment is in the letting-pool and the on-site managers are there year round to take care of all bookings, cleaning and maintenance. You have to do nothing but book yourselves, family or friends in for the best ski holidays and let the rental returns pay for running costs with plenty to spare. Of course, when the fresh stuff falls and there is a vacancy, you know where you will be! Not to mention the great weather and all the attractions during summer; why not enjoy your Christmas or Easter in the fresh mountain air? Falls Creek is an off-season mecca for mountain biking, road cycling, kayaking, fishing, off-roading, trail-running and bush-walking.
The current ski- season is virtually booked out and owners generally book their owner-stays well in advance.
Anyway, we are not getting younger and despite the happy memories and still the occasional family ski holiday, we are keen to pass this wonderful apartment on to the next lucky owners.
