Private Inspections: To be notified of a time-slot to view the property, please lodge your details through the enquiry option on the website when doing this you are REQUIRED to register your contact information and the contact details of any other major decision makers attending the inspection prior to the inspection date. Only registered parties will be allowed to access the property to inspect.

As a strict condition of entry to any of our available properties a face mask or covering MUST be worn by all parties. If this is not adhered to access to the property will be refused.

As news of Coronavirus COVID -19 continues to make headlines Moss Estate Agents are following best practice precautionary measures to minimize risk to staff and clients by utilising social distancing and safe hygiene processes.

We will continue to provide a service to clients wishing to inspect or discuss their property needs however we ask that any potential attendee contact us to delay any private appointment to inspect or a general appointment with one of our staff if they are feeling unwell, or have had contact with any person who has been diagnosed with COVID 19 or recently returned from overseas travel.
