Lovingly built over many years this house is a magnificent testament to the building craft, with its stocky stumps for the foundation and the wooden doors that have been individually made it is an absolute pleasure to peruse and enjoy. Each room has been given the attention to detail that sets it apart and gives it a unique persona. Added to these features is the panoramic views of the surrounding hills and bushland, you can even see the Spillway in the distance giving you a reminder of what a fabulous place the Eildon district is.
This house is solid and dependable and blends into its environs beautifully, set amongst the bushland you might see an echidna sauntering through the bush in its quest for ants or a mob of kangaroos grazing that is the sort of place it is. Your own Private Idaho!
As soon as you walk in you will observe the laundry, now a laundry is what it is, but this one with its honey coloured timber cupboards, benches and floors is particularly attractive to the eye and sets the scene for what is to come.
You walk into the open plan living, dining, kitchen area but what a sight to behold in that the floorboards are polished in such a manner that gives the space a warm inviting feel, they are so beautiful to look at. The kitchen is spacious and again the craftsmanship is superb and with the walk in pantry it will suit the serious cook. The cook will have the magnificent views when the banality of cooking gets too much.
The living area is spacious, with its high vaulted ceilings and huge Wood Fire as the mainstays; you could entertain a small army of people and still feel lost. The views are something else, you don't need a television here it is all set before you to enjoy and relish.
There is access to the front deck for all outdoor entertaining and recreational needs.

There is a carport that could house a boat or caravan. There is also a double carport situated at the side of the main house for your convenience.
This is a property that will delight with its craftsmanship and obvious beauty on so many levels; this is an impressive living area that shows off the natural bushland so well and the use of different timbers reflect the outside environment that the house seems like an extension of the bush. Inspection is a must and would suit anyone!
