To say 3-bedroom house, Dandenong North doesnt tell the full story of this comfortable and peaceful place. Living in the house is somehow special. I wouldnt like you to miss the opportunity to imagine yourself here.

An elevated position at the head of the deep court gives a feeling of open space. There is no traffic other than residents and service vehicles. Close to parks, public transport, schools, and a short drive to shops.
Placement on the block distances our living areas from those of nearby properties. The enclosed front garden is a pleasant place, and the back garden can be used in many ways. The front rooms receive generous winter sun, but wide eaves shield from the summer sun. Some might enjoy the covered front porch, overlooking the private garden.
Within the house there are living areas with large windows at each end of the good-sized kitchen, and this combination runs the full depth of the house. Thus, from front to back, we have: spacious living room; formal dining area (or study area?); kitchen; breakfast bar; family eating and other activity. (All this living space can be neatly divided by the convenient sliding door!)
The good-sized bedrooms are quite private by thoughtful design, and each looks down on to some aspect of a garden.
Ducted heating throughout, with the four largest window areas double glazed to assist with seasonal temperature control and also cut environmental noise.
We have an extraordinary amount of built-in storage space with 20 (!) floor-to-ceiling doors providing wardrobes, cupboards and pantries. The need for free standing storage furniture is reduced, leaving more living space.
Cant finish without mentioning the massive garage/workshop/shed. Possibly room for more than one vehicle, yet still plenty of room for workshop activity, or for large item storage.
The house is not quite paradise, and does not set out to be a show home, but does a good job at providing comfortable living. Make it yours: over time, add your colour, your style, and garden plantings. Three bedrooms: but much more.
