Highly renowned, tightly held and ahead of its time, the Munro Court development consists of eight passive solar houses designed by Lifehouse Design and Sam Cox Landscape to promote sustainable living within its community. Completed in 2004, No. 3 was one of the first houses in the development. Clad in a combination of Western Red Cedar and bagged brick, the home blends beautifully into its surrounding environment.
