Named after one of our favourite local surf breaks, Cutlers was designed to comfortably exceed the sustainable housing guidelines at The Cape sustainable housing development. The building is 174 sq meters sitting on a 536 sq meter home site, built on single level to allow for access to external areas creating an enlarged Living space. The home is expected to have annual energy costs below $500. Cutlers is a short walk to parks, views of the ocean and a large urban food garden for our residents, as well as local swimming and surf beaches.
