**Please be advised. Under current Victorian COVID restrictions, private inspections will be allowed. To register your interest, please select request an inspection and fill in your details. We will then alert you when inspection times become available.

Please ensure you follow the below current COVID-safe regulations when inspecting Jellis Craig properties;

Only one attendee is permitted at each private inspection (attendees may be accompanied by 1 other person from an existing household, an intimate partner or children under 18 years old

Attendees must wear an appropriate face covering (face mask) for the entire duration of the inspection and ensure they do not touch any surfaces

You may travel outside of your 5km radius to attend a private inspection

Attendees can leave their home for a maximum of two hours to attend a pre-arranged private inspection of a property

Standard social distancing and hygiene requirements remain- Physical distancing of 1.5 metres between attendees including Jellis Craig Team Members

All inspection attendees will be required to provide their contact information for mandatory contact tracing purposes

We also request you refrain from attending an open for inspection if you have;

Tested positive to, or have symptoms associated with Coronavirus
Recently been in contact with someone diagnosed with Coronavirus
Recently been overseas or agreed to any self-isolation conditions
