Living in the foothills provides a lovely serene atmosphere with enough space between neighbours to give a real sense of privacy that is rare in a suburban location. A variety of beautiful parrots come to visit for a feed and it is not unusual to find an echidna or blue tongue lizard cruising around in the garden. Even the odd kangaroo has hopped down the road. There are some amazing walking tracks through the National Park which is virtually at the end of the street. It is also so convenient having public transport and shopping within walking distance or a very short drive away.

The house itself has been a solid and safe place to call home and all the living space that has meant that everyone could retreat to do whatever they needed to do without being under each other's feet.
