We have lived in this house for 32 years and have been very happy here. We are in a great location, close to shops and Belgrave South Primary school.
We are very close to Lysterfield Lake, Birdsland, Cardinia Reservoir, Emerald Lake Park and Grants Picnic Ground where we enjoyed many hours bushwalking and seeing the local wildlife.
We have a fantastic view from the kitchen window and back decking. It is very peaceful and calming living here.
We live in a street with fabulous neighbours, who are only too willing to help if help is needed.
