Wine reviewer Jeremy Oliver recently described Paradise IV as one of the most sought after labels in Victorian wines, adding 'it sits at the cutting edge at where cool climate Victoria is destined to head'.
He also described the label's Dardel Shiraz as one of the 'finest shirazes yet made in Australia'.
The winery has an underground cellar, enclosed processing area with storage and an 18m x 9m machinery shed with a concrete floor, power and gantry.
There is also plenty to appeal to an equine enthusiast, thanks to the provision of several horse paddocks and a stable complex with two loose boxes, each with a day yard, tack room, wash down bay, hay storage and a round sand exercise yard.
