Number 2, Humble Street is only a few hundred metres from the boutiques and cafes of Barwon Heads' village. (It's one of those locations that deserves the 'satellite' view on Google Maps.) It is equidistant to the river and not much further to the primary school, the surf beach and the bluff reserve. The Barwon Heads Golf Course is a mere chip across the road. However, ask even Barwon Heads' residents about Humble Street and it's possible they've not heard of it. The reason is because the street is a ninety metre long cul-de-sac and is tucked away in one of the most exclusive and quietest areas of old Barwon Heads. About the only noise you will hear is that of the ocean. If you value your privacy yet still want to be near the centre of town, this is the street for you.
And if you are a romantic with a penchant for classic beach house style, this is also the house for you. It has an element of being humble itself - in a quiet, unassuming way. If you like sunlight streaming though floor to ceiling windows, characterful timber boards and a floor plan ready for happy family living (and holidaying) then you must come and inspect.
