The business incorporates the RSD rural mail delivery contract (MSS 1879) that consists of 220 drop point spread over 190km of Indigo Valley and outer Barnawartha roads that takes approximately three hours per day.
There is a wide range of AusPost products ranging from gift ware to all domestic, express and international post and packaging material, fax, scan and email services are also offered as well as copying and laminating up to A3 colour.
The local authorised newsagency was combined with the post office in 2000 substantially expanding the business and improving profitability, the newsagency comes with territorial rights which covers Barnawartha North to Springhurst and now services six sub agencies in the local area.
The business is also the local area Elgas depot consisting of BBQ Swap N Go cylinders, refilling of various size cylinders and home delivery of the domestic 45kg cylinders which returned $5,260 last year and is showing grow of approximately 30% year on year.
