The kitchen benches and cupboards are rather worn, but there is a nearly new free-standing oven with a ceramic cook-top. A very pleasant sun-room, warm even in the middle of winter, separate utility-room, and a study / home office, with built-in storage cupboards, complete this very pleasant house.
The lounge has an air-conditioner, a separate split-system, ceiling fan and solid-fuel heater. The vinyl and carpet floor-coverings could do with some work, but beneath them are solid floorboards which were originally polished and which would, with a little work, come up a treat.

It is only a short walk to the centre of town and the shopping precinct. Well established gardens, with a drip-feed watering system, are complemented by an area laid out for a vegetable garden, which just needs a little weeding to be fully functional.

Completing this delightful property is a concrete driveway which leads to a single carport, three open car spaces and a single garage, which has a concrete floor and room at the end for a workshop.
This is a property which is great value for money, very neat and clean outside, well laid out inside and with a very pleasant aspect. The views towards the hills, particularly from the lounge and the rooms at the back of the house, add to the feeling of openness and space.
