Currently operated as an intensive dairy farm, this King Island property lends itself to extremely high pasture production on its fertile sandy loam soils. The property is suitable for both dairy and beef production and has had 95% of the property re-grassed during the past 5 years. 2 homes are situated on the farm which would certainly provide sufficient housing for current farms labour requirements. Soil test results are excellent - P.H. averaging 6.5, Olsen P averaging 75mg/Kg, Potassium averaging 275mg/kg and Sulphur averaging 120mg/kg.
