The facility is beginning to diversify into whole live fin fish such as striped trumpeter for export into Hong Kong and Shanghai.

- Long term Crown Lease which expires in 2042 (19 year lease term with 10 year option);
- Facility of 1,026 m2 includes live fish holding areas, freezers, packaging storage areas, processing rooms and the jetty;

- To be sold as a going concern with training provided if necessary.
