Since there was only 2 of us 1 bedroom is fully lined, & since it was large enough even after putting in our queen sized bed we divided it with our wardrobes so I could have a sewing/computer room.
The 2nd bedroom is not lined as we needed it just for storage. It would not take much 2 line out.
We have a full size dining table, 1500 x 900 in the dining area but the photo makes it look small. I don't have a fancy camera that makes rooms look bigger like the professionals sometimes do.

Liquor shops, Bakeries, ANZ CBA & Bendigo Banks, ANZ CBA & Westpac ATMs, Chemist, Doctor, Hospital, 3 hairdressers, Primary & Secondary School, oodles of specialty nicknacks & caf style shops, hardware store. You name it, it is probably here. Like fishing? There is 3 official boat launching ramps into Georges Bay & 1 ramp (past Akaroa) for boats going out in open waters.
Like bush bashing or picnicking? 5klms away & you virtually have the place to yourself.
All this & the beautiful Georges Bay along side of the town.
