This private 2 bedroom apartment features a . sunny separate lounge room with electric heating, built in sideboard and a double archway leading to the eat in kitchen that is kept comfortable with a r/c heat pump and both bedrooms are generously sized with built-in wardrobes and electric heaters. The bathroom is combined with the laundry, with washing machine, and has a shower and vanity, although the bath is not to be used. Outside there is a great front verandah with enough space to bbq while enjoying the sun.

12 month lease. Strictly no pets. Please note there is no on site parking, street parking is available. There are 2 other separately tenanted properties on the block. Power and internet are included in weekly rent amount.
