There is a large shed and attached studio which do not form part of the tenancy agreement. We will be storing some of our personal belongings in both these spaces. However, there is the possibility of working out an agreement to share these spaces.

There are a few established fruit trees and a small, possum-proof garden and herb garden. We would welcome tenants who are passionate about regenerative and chemical-free gardening, and who would like to use these spaces. It would be a requirement that no chemicals (such as herbicides and pesticides) be used on the land.

The farmhouse and backyard are part of a larger parcel of land, consisting of approximately 35 acres of pastures and 35 acres of bush. This land does not form part of the tenancy agreement. We currently have three cows and a small flock of sheep and goats on this land. We are also advertising for someone who might be interested in sharing the care and use of this land, by personal agreement. The successful tenant may also be interested in this option, for example, if they have horses they would like to keep on the land. The farmhouse and backyard are quite separate from the larger property so other's use of this land will not disrupt the tenant.
