Last Listing description (September 2022)

There are three bedrooms, two of which have built-ins. The Master bedroom is located at the front of the house and is buffered from road noise because of the sunroom that is located between the bedroom and the front of the house. There is a large kitchen that has plenty of cupboard space, dishwasher and wall oven, and a separate dining room with a beautiful curved front wall and then through double doors to a lovely lounge with gas heating in the fireplace. This room also opens onto a gorgeous sunroom/study room.

There is a utility room just outside the back door and an outside laundry room just outside the back kitchen door, but still under cover. There is a modernised bathroom with shower and vanity and the toilet is separate. Under the house is a single garage and then through a door we have two more rooms, which could be used as a workshop and storage.
