OWNERS SAY SELL!!!!!!
These owners have a great house here in Mayfield, with a good tenant in place, but they tell me it must be sold! There's a lot of good points (excellent built in robes, good carpets, curtains and drapes) but the kitchen could do with updating and the yard needs some definite love. There is a wood heater in the lounge, a double garage in the yard and a pleasant outlook towards the bush at the back of Mayfield.
The current tenant is paying $240 a week and would love to stay on, but this would also make a lovely first home... don't forget the first home owners grant will stop soon, it would be a shame to miss out on $7000!

Additional feature/s - Built-In Wardrobes.
