For the history lovers;
309 Ironstone Gully Road house was built by the Eiszele family around 1867. They were given a huge parcel of land (the whole of Ironstone Gully became known as German Gully), which they cultivated into orchards, ran 200 sheep, built a smithy and 309 Ironstone Gully Road house (which still has the original wood oven that would have been used for baking needs for the whole family). The sandstone for High Park came from their quarry and a lime pit. There are 4 of the family's original homes up Ironstone Gully Road, but only 309 is made of stone. The home was built near an active spring fed dam, for all the water you need for a thriving garden. The spring has never run dry and will refill overnight if you are irrigating.

309 Ironstone Gully Road is more than just a house and land, it is filled with meaningful history, offers a self-sufficient and peaceful lifestyle, stunning homely interiors and exteriors, and all the space and fresh country air one needs.
