One of my favourite things about Georgian architecture is the sheer sense of opulence and size. This home certainly impresses in all areas. Of course, what you don't get is a 200 year old house, only the fantastic style and space.
Originally built in 2003, this home has just undergone recent major renovations and improvements, bringing every aspect up to date with quality and convenience. The new dream kitchen is only the beginning. How many bedrooms does one need? If 6 and an ensuite isn't enough, there's even a storage room, able to be converted, and a massive rumpus room also. All up there's nearly 40 squares, in the old measurements.
The outside entertainment area is very private and has great proximity to the kitchen. Even though this home is elevated, offering a bright sunny aspect and outlook, the back yard and play areas are nearly dead flat and very useable. Dad's play area (the shed) just makes me jealous. Boasting a size of 12 x 6m, this shed even has the extra height to take a tall boat/camper or a hydraulic hoist.
