Zone 1 is almost 15 hectares of grassland zoned Rural so is available for a house and outbuildings (STCA), stock and cropping. A winter creek runs along the edge of this zone and fills 2 dams.
Zone 2 is approx. 24.5 hectares of mixed forest, fern gullies, 2 small dams and grassland that has a Conservation Covenant on it. There are wonderful trails for horse riding over this area and plenty of fallen trees for domestic wood collection.
Zone 3 is just over 9 hectares with a mix of light forest, low native vegetation and an elevated grassy knoll. The view from this hill is amazing!
