The land is on two titles, and is put down to pasture, connected to town water for home and animals. A small dam has recently been added. There are a number of small shed for animals and hay storage.
An old hop-pickers hut adds charm to the property with the opportunity to do it up for accommodation.
Ellendale is one of the prettiest villages in Tasmania. It has a high rainfall, rich soil. It is one of the last undiscovered tree escapes within the Central Highlands that is about to boom.
