The Story
Joseph Link is a little street that runs off Martyn Place that has only a streak of modern homes.
No 8 was completed in 2010 and designed for a couple of simple purposes. I want zero maintenance, safe space for a small family and plenty of safe space for toys and machines.
The owner was pretty fastidious in this mission, considering the 6 by 12 metre garage is within hairs width of the maximum space allowed to have it built within the legal limit; it's pretty rare to find a shed that big on the size of the property. With an electric roller door, power points littered throughout and access through to the backyard it's a steel beast politely residing in this small street.
The next step then was to actually put a house on the land, built with 3 bedrooms, open plan living areas with modern fittings, built in wardrobes in all the rooms, separate laundry and sparkling white bathroom, it's everything you need to provide a cosy environment for you, a friend in need of a place to share or even with your family.
There's a small enclosed backyard, safe and secure and since the street is a no thoroughfare, it's as safe as you could hope should play accidently spill onto the streets.
Being about 500 meters from the local primary school or 1000 meters from the Midland Highway where the shops are, it hardly gets any more convenient.
After hearing the story, it suffice to say you're not going to be disappointed so make sure you enquire today before its gone.
