Last Listing description (October 2014)

We're an oldie, no doubt about that but we're comfy and have been home to our present owners for over fifty years.

We sit on approximately 2.75 acres of which half is pasture and the half is light bush. Our pasture is currently home to several sheep who think it's a great spot to live! You can take me as I am or you may want to pack the tool kit and modernize me as I still have my original kitchen and bathroom but I've got a couple of big living areas that you can have some fun in.

Talking of fun, what do you fancy doing with my little church? She's stood the test of time being built some time in the 1880s and it's still rock solid and no doubt can tell some stories.

And what do you do for rest and relaxation, not drop a line by any chance? Just a quick drive down the road and you will find yourself at one of the region's prime trout spots. Can't give you the name, trying to keep it a secret!

Believe me, at this price I'm well worth a look.
