No. 2 Champ St. Villa is a 5 minute stroll to the beautiful family friendly Waub’s Beach (patrolled by the Bicheno Surf Life Saving Club at designated times during the summer season) and 15 minute walk 3 minute drive to Redbill Beach for a swim or a surf. You can walk to the town centre for breakfast, lunch and dinner at numerous cafes, bakeries, restaurants and coffee shops and the local hotel. For those requiring medications or other medical assistance, a local chemist can provide for your needs.
You can follow the East Coast Wine Tour, shop for amazing Tasmanian arts and crafts, book for an evening penguin tour or take a tour of the amazing marine life at the Gulch in the glass-bottomed boat. You are only short drive to the world famous Coles Bay Freycinet area. Local shops include: pop-up second-hand clothing, furniture, jewellery and collectibles. You can also buy casual and upmarket clothing, shoes, gifts and surf gear. Camping and outdoor supplies are well-catered for in the Log Cabin store. The Tourist Centre, Library, Newsagency, local IGA Supermarket are in one central location. A Petrol station is also situated centrally.

No. 2 Champ St. Villa welcomes respectful adults and children. It is STRICTLY NON-SMOKING on the premises, both inside and out. No. 2 Champ St. Villa sleeps a non-negotiable MAXIMUM of 5 guests in one queen bed and 3 single beds. All linen and bath towels are provided. Guests can prepare and cook their own food in a well-equipped kitchen. Oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, pots and pans, wok and fridge are all clean and ready for our guests. Crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware are plentiful. Guests can rinse the day away in a shower or bath.
The owner of No. 2 Champ St. Villa also operates Tasmania premium Surf School 42 South Surf School. You can arrange individual or group lessons by calling Gary on 0419 120 704.
We would appreciate if guests would:
• Take shoes off inside
• Refrain from taking food and drink (water OK) into the bedrooms
• Place all wet towels in the bath on departure
• Remove all food not consumed during their stay

Guests are expected to leave the premises in a clean and tidy state and report any damages to items or property during their stay.
