Design - The entire townhouse development has been designed by an architect with a brief to maximise use of space, ensure views are captures to capacity and there is a free flow ease of movement.

Quality - To ensure the highest standards are met, a Kingloc Holdings Pty Ltd appointed independent supervisor will oversee all aspects of construction. The quality control of the project is of utmost importance.

Security - With a prestige project such as Beachside Mews, safety and security are important. The development will be a gated community providing peace of mind to the owners. Only permitted vehicles will be able to enter Beachside Mews. In addition, each townhouse will also have an advanced internal alarm system installed.

Ease of Internal Movement - Ease of movement within the townhouses is a priority for new owners. The design of the townhouses has been done in such a way that there is a constant flow and openness affording owners a sense of freedom. As a forward planning strategy, we are proud to offer internal lifts in most of the townhouses.
