There are two near-new storage sheds at the rear - a small metal garden shed and a spacious, weatherproof and secure storage container. Two plastic rainwater tanks and electric pump provide adequate supplies for the house.
An excellent feature are the many well-established native shrubs and trees that run along both sides of the block, providing privacy and shelter.
The owner calls it his 'Three Step House' - three steps from the lounge to the kitchen, three steps from the bed to the bathroom. But as the photos show, while it's certainly small, this is a perfectly comfortable and liveable shack for a couple or a single person to move into right away, with nothing to do except pat yourself on the back for finding a Bruny Island property at an amazingly low price.
