The tree is is of the species Eucalyptus camaldulensis and has a trunk circumference at one metre above ground level of 2.77 metres. The tree is therefore regulated as defined by the Development Act 1993.
The tree has a calculated a Tree Protection Zone (TPZ) of 5.3 metres radius from the centre of the tree.
