The native vegetation is under a Heritage Agreement (Area A on map) and provides a privacy buffer to the cleared land linked to the Drain M access road and Magarey's Lane on each side by two tracks. The cleared, fenced area (Area B on map) can currently be used for camping under the stars and then reverted to Rural Zoning when you are ready to build your dream house, sheds or hobby farm.
