In the fresh morning air, sip your espresso coffee on the balcony as you lounge with the sound of the waves breaking on the shore andadmire the expanse of the sea in front of you.

Take the stairs up to the second level and cook in the well-appointed kitchen while you commune on the bar stools at the enormous kitchen bench andplan your meals and events with the ocean in the background and the sun filtering through the clouds and lighting the afternoon sky. Dine in style at a table for eight or dine on the balcony where the glass balustrading providesunobstructed views of the sea and the sun sets on the horizon and paints the scene.

As you take an evening stroll along the beach,feel the sand between your toes and the waves lapping at your feet while you cool off on a warm summers evening.

And for the active: jog, run or cycle along the Esplanade or swim in the water for some healthy aerobic exercise. Take a short walk to the Semaphore Waterslide Complex for some fun in the sun with rides for the children and side-show activities and then meander onto the historic Semaphore Jetty built in 1860for some fishing or to admire the white sandy beaches and the low sand dunes that sprawlalong the coast.

Walk a few blocks up to Semaphore Road for a day of breakfast on the pavement or drinks in the evening, shopping in the Victorian buildings and dinner in the historic pubs and walk home at the end of the day as the moon rises over the oceanfeeling enormously satisfied.

There is parking nearby and a 20 minute walk to the Glanville Train Station will take you into the city of Adelaide.
