The main body of the structure is of sandstone and brick whilst additions at the rear were constructed of timber and clad in iron.

At street level you enter through tall timber doors into the entry foyer which opens into the former worship space with pine floors (possibly hoop pine). Stained glass windows set high in the soaring raked ceilings filter the light adding to the atmosphere of peacefullness. Directly in the centre of the elevated stage is what would formerley have served as a baptismal plunge pool (accessed by steps either side). From the upper landing a stairwell to the lower level leads to a wide open hall warmed by radiant gas heaters set into the ceiling. Facilities on offer include a kitchen plus male and female toilets.
