'Seaglass' is a detached 2-storey home on absolute beachfront at Sellicks Beach, South Australia. The house is approx 80 metres to timber stairs down to stunning quiet beaches with only sand dunes to cross. Vehicles are not allowed in front of the property, ensuring privacy and a peaceful location. Enjoy 180-degree panoramic views of the ever-changing blue ocean. Rolling hills to your left add a rural feel, leaving you feeling relaxed and replenished.

Along the sandhills is the Coast Park Trail – a pleasant stroll among native flora to the Esplanade.

'Seaglass' has 3 bedrooms and a games room/fourth bedroom and sleeps up to 8 people. The master bedroom houses a queen bed. Bedroom two also has a queen bed. Bedroom three has two king singles and bedroom four a double sofa bed. All bedrooms offer stunning views of the sea beds will be made up with fresh linen before you arrive.
The Master Bedroom including ensuite with double shower and spa bath is located upstairs, and the other three bedrooms are downstairs. There are two bathrooms, including the ensuite and an extra upstairs toilet/washbasin. The second bathroom also has a double shower and a bath. Granite vanity tops are installed throughout.
There is plenty of storage space in the built-in robes for your luggage and the upper floor master bedroom has its own walk in robe.

Come together in the large open plan casual living/dining area upstairs. There is enough seating for all on the lounge suites and dining seating for 6, plus bar stools at the breakfast bar. 'The upstairs living area houses a smart ultra high-definition(UHD) 65 inch TV, DVD player and stereo with an extensive DVD library. The games room has a high definition 32 inch TV DVD player and Wii console plus a soccer/multiboard game table and cross trainer machine to help you keep fit while on holiday.

Access to the balcony is via sliding doors from the open plan space and the upstairs master bedroom has its own private balcony. Full length glass windows really add that WOW factor to this beautiful home. On the balcony, there is an outdoor dining setting for 6.
The kitchen has granite benchtops and is fully equipped with all electric appliances, dishwasher and fridge/freezer. Cooking utensils, pots, pans, baking trays etc. are all there for you to utilize during your stay. There is a mini-bar to enjoy too.

The laundry provides a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There is an access door to the large 3 car garage. Two of the roller doors are automatic for easy access. A wall-mounted dryer is installed in the garage, and you will also find the four-burner gas barbecue in here. The large drive way offers plenty of parking space, and the yard is fully enclosed, however, SORRY, NO PETS.

No matter the weather, feel comfortable all year round with the ducted reverse cycle air conditioning system throughout the home. There is also unlimited WIFI available, to keep all occupied whether you're visiting on a work trip or needing to contact family/friends.
