What first attracted you to this property?
It's convenient location. The size of the land. The right number of bedrooms that were not too close to each other, giving our daughters their privacy. One formal & one informal lounge. Spacious outdoor entertainment.


What do you believe are the major benefits of living in this property?
Quiet area, close to public transport, schools, shops, and the beach. Spacious property for the family that allows privacy and coming together.
Great outdoor space for car parking and private entertaining including a securely fenced pool.

Is the home easy or ideal for entertaining and why?
Adequate, safe parking for guests. Great for entertaining indoors and outdoors. Large formal & informal lounges with the kitchen in the middle. Downstairs toilet, bath & shower facilities.
Large heated outdoor pool and undercover entertainment area easily accessed via the side gate too.
Inside entertaining can be enjoyed without affecting the children as there are separate areas for everyone to enjoy.
Access from the Pool to house via the laundry is great as you don't have people walking through the home to use the bathroom

What is your favourite part of the home?
The large rooms that are well spaced out. We especially enjoy the main lounge with convection heater is cosy in winter.

Have you completed any renovations?
Yes. Outdoors: Reconstructed & paved the driveway to increase parking spaces and easy access/exit. Rebuild the flower beds around the driveway. Renovated the entertainment area. Heated the pool. Added the pool fence.
Planted trees in the garden. Indoors: upgraded the kitchen, imported stone tops in kitchen and all bathroom vanities, rebuilt the entire downstairs toilet and bathroom. New ducted r/c air-conditioning installed. Solar panel for the house installed. Built wardrobes in bedroom downstairs. Replaced the carpets in the bedrooms and on the staircase with high grade carpet. Redid the upstairs bedroom with walk-in-robe. Upgraded the bathroom vanity upstairs. Installed a split air-conditioning upstairs. Larger than normal solar panels installed for max surface area.

Anything you like or designed in the outdoor area?
The front was redesigned for easy entry/exit and allows for 8/9 medium-sized cars. Easy access to the back for entertaining and easy access to the toilet & bath from the pool/entertainment are.

What are your best memories?
Quiet, private family time. Entertaining & watching the children play and have a fun time.
New Year's Eve parties. Every year since we moved into the house. Started with young children and their friends and parents. Then came the teenage years when we had all their friends over. To later when it was just the parents who still got together.

What are some great features people may not notice at first glance?
High quality ducted r/c air-conditioning. Large stove & oven in a practical kitchen layout. Heated pool. Privacy for the family. Practical nature of outdoor entertaining. Great indoor and outdoor storage areas.

What do you like about the location?
Public transport, shops, cafes, school & beach within walking distance. Off Seacombe Rd. Easy to get to. 5 min drive to Westfield Marion and 20 min from the city
We have found it to be a quiet and safe neighbourhood. Close to Schools, Brighton High, Sacred Heart College, Westminster. Convenient to public transport, Seacliff Train Station: 10min WALK, Bus Route X 2 5min Walk (on Seacombe Road and Davenport Road)
