The impressive entrance hallway to this home really does have some great features, it gives a view through to the outdoor living area which is absolutely amazing and with a wonderful garden outlook.
Adjacent to the entrance hallway is the main bedroom with a large walk-in robe and views out to the front gardens of the home. The 4th bedroom can also be a study or actually a nursery room for families who have young children and want them close to the main bedroom, a brilliant spot to have this room.

A HUB OF THE HOME, LIFESTYLE ROOM.
The balance of the home is set up of three other very good size bedrooms, all with built-in robes and also an excellent main bathroom and very large laundry facility.

VENDOR POINTS OF INTEREST:
In 1999, we purchased our block of land in St. Francis Estate, Rostrevor.
The land was situated in a unique position alongside the Seminary, close to Rostrevor College and especially Morialta Conservation Park. We had previously lived in established homes in the eastern suburbs. Building for the first time, we chose a boutique builder, Rendition Homes and we were not disappointed with their quality and attention to detail.
It was important to us that we had an open plan living space that would eventually view onto the gardens, have high ceilings with decorated cornices, above averaged door frames and windows, and a view of the St. Frances Xavier Chapel tower.
Sometime years later, the buildings in the Seminary were deemed to be unsafe and the land was sold and re-developed into the Chapel Estate.
Our home is situated between Chapel Way and Gleeson Avenue. We have council nature strips on two sides of our property.
There are many aspects of our home that have made living here enjoyable. We planted Chinese Elms which are deciduous trees and drop their leaves annually in winter giving us warmth and winter sun into the family room. For summer we have installed remote controlled outside blinds to all the bedrooms, a shade sail that is retractable over the patio and along with our mature Chinese elms it has created a shady haven for us. We decided to install a larger 12-seater spa for the use and enjoyment of our family.
When family have come to stay in our home, we found that the layout is very suitable having two bedrooms at the front and two at the rear with their own bathroom. Three of the four bedrooms also have direct access out to the garden.
Sadly, it is time for us to move on from our home. We have truly enjoyed our time living here at Rostrevor. We will miss our beautiful trees, our lovely neighbours, our many walks along 4th creek trail in winter when the water is rushing and the natural environment and wildlife of Morialta.
